No Distributor
Warranties
Our Company makes no warranties or representations
express or implied to the Workmanship, Performance,
Quality, Durability, Fitness for a particular purpose or
merchantability with respect to these articles or any
modifications of these articles requested by the
customer. The only warranties applying to the articles
sold under hereunder are those specifically provided in
writing by the manufacturer.
Our Company shall not be liable in contract or tort or
to persons or property or for incidental or
consequential damages or for any other loss or damage.
Receipt of
Products
Notice: When goods are received, check carefully and
promptly. If any differences are noted, return the
packing list of shipment with your claim. Claims cannot
be considered unless made within 5 days after receipt of
goods.
Make all claims on the delivering carrier for damages or
shortages on delivery.
Returned Goods
All sales are final. With some exceptions, new
merchandise, with all packing materials can be returned
with authorization. This is subject to inspection and
acceptance at our warehouse. Controllers, valves, pond
liners, tools and light bulbs are not subject to return.
Aquarius Supply will arrange to return defective
material to the manufacturer for warranty repairs.
All returns that are accepted are subject to a minimum
20% restocking charge plus freight cost back to vendor.
This will be deducted from the credit issued. |
