Rob joined the Company on a full-time basis in 1990 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation and Distribution Management from Syracuse University. Rob, in addition to his responsibilities as Aquarius’s chief executive officer, dedicates his time to new product research and development; product selection; purchasing; inventory management, and fleet management.

Mark joined Aquarius in 2003 following four years as the Vice President of Finance for the media company The Economist and a nineteen year stint with the JOC Group where he served as Vice President of Finance, among other positions he held at that company. Mark, a certified public accountant, began his career as an auditor with KPMG, and holds a Bachelors of Accounting degree from Saint Francis University, and an MBA from Moravian College. He has responsibility for the day to day management of the Company’s sales, operations, human resources, administrative, and finance functions.

Steve started with Aquarius in 2006. Steve has over 23 years of industry experience. He oversees the daily operations of Aquarius’s ten branches, including staffing, training, inventory management and control, and facility and vehicle maintenance, among other duties. Prior to joining Aquarius, Mr. Ernst spent approximately 13 years with Horizon Landscape in NJ, a full-service landscaping contracting firm. Steve has successful completed various irrigation courses with IANJ and completed three years of undergraduate studies in biology from Millersville University.

Justin started at Aquarius in 2019 with over a decade of proven results as a branch, account, and production manager. This wide breadth of practical experience in diverse roles throughout the Green Industry allows Justin to effectively lead the Regional Management Team in providing unparalleled customer service. Justin also spearheads Aquarius' business development initiatives, nurturing growth and evolving our organization to provide cutting-edge professional solutions into the future.
